Papa Johns Pizza - McDaniels

Amazing pizza but getting so expensive. Their actual large pizza is an xl! Be aware of that when ordering!

They've undercooked our pizza twice, the second time resulting in a stomach bug.

They seem to always have delicious pizza . And always get your order right

Save your money they can’t do anything right. Last two orders I got a meats substitute sausage for italian sausage, it was wrong both times and this time found a huge beard hair in my pizza how convenient that half the guys in the store had beards papa John’s has gone down hill they used to take pride in their food and customer service now you can’t even talk to an American at the store the call gets routed to India.

Dec 4 2023I went to the drive thru to order my pizza and the person came to the window and told me I could not order there. I had to come in. So I go in and he tells me I must pay inside as well. I didn't bring my money in because I was going to pay at the drive thru. So I had to go back to the car and get the money. Then I noticed him taking money from the drive thru window. He told me he doesn't have a register at the drive thru window and it is easier for him to work if I do everything from inside. The other associate told me it was fine to pay at the window . I think he was very rude and not helpful at all.
