Domino's Pizza - McDonough

I?m usually a big fan of dominos and tip well, however, the staff at this location needs coaching on customer service for sure! After ordering over the phone and being assured a specific reward code could be redeemed in store I arrived at the store to betold that it couldn?t be. Upon speaking to the manager, who looked at me cluelessly, he said ?there?s nothing I can do? andproceeded to tell me I could cancel the order and have it delivered for the code to work. Rule #1 of customer service if yourcompany makes a mistake you fix it!

Every time I go, I get my order delivered out to my car. After a long day at work, that?s a treat, seriously. And every time, whoever brings my order out is super sweet. I haven?t ever had a bad experience here!

I moved here about a moth ago and have already ordered from this dominoes 4 or 5 times. I was having a hard time adjusting, not knowing anyone, not knowing the area. I found great comfort in knowing I still could count on my favorites! Thank you for beingconsistent!

I ordered some speciality boneless wings and a Caesar Salad w/ a sprite the other day. It was delivered fairly quickly. The boneless wings were good. The salad was pre-packed and they gave me enough dressing.

Awesome awesome place. The ppl are polite and the service was fast. I ordered online and by the time I got there my food was ready. I live 10 min away and there was 2 ppl in front of me and it was stiol fast I can say it was a lot faster then walkinginto some welp without saying names some pizza pizza place and getting a hot n ready that isn 't ever ready and if youdo get you food at a timely manner it 's under cooked. GOOD JOB DOMINOS AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
