O'charley's Restaurant Bar - McDonough

I was at O Charlys several times and received good service, but today was different. We came in and immediately we were welcomed by Kellie and she sat and told us about the special the $4 Margarita and our waitress Payton was absolutely amazing. She was cute for details. I am a secret shopper for fast foods, so I have this kind of service and that was absolutely AMAZING great work O? Charleys McDonough

My new fav is the California Salad with Salmon and blue cheese dressing with a side of the Nashville hot sauce. If you want to kick things up a bit on your salad this is a must. I sat at the bar area by the kitchen door watching the employees run in and out. They were happy and all working very hard. My server was Brandi and she is the best! I come here often and the times I have her she is always the best! She has truly mastered her craft and is a genuine professional. The manager Kathy is attentive and open for feedback. She also has excellent customer service skills and obviously an excellent leader because the employees attitudes show for it! What are you waiting for? They?re open til 10pm. Get up, go now! :

My waiter Deborah was very pleasant she provided wonderful customer service. Food was seasoned well. Loved the spinach dip !! Over all great experience!

Food was absolutely delicious. Not one single problem. It came out quickly. Oh can't forget the house margaritas that were on $4. So good and just the right balance of flavor/alcohol. The workers were timely and didn't forget us. The dining area was perfectly cleaned and we were seated right away. I will definitely be going back and you should check it out.

Some of the best services we had there! Jodi was simply amazing and has such a perfect personality for this kind of work. My wife and I saw her at every table she went to and my goodness. It seems that all her tables love her. Our food was great too. She offered us 4.00 Margaritas, the Spinat dips and everything was great! We will come back
