It was tough, and the server acknowledged that normally, they are supposed to fall off the bones. This time, it wasn't doing that, and you had to cut it with a knife, which made much it harder to do because they were stuff. The manager only took a little off the ticket instead of coming and acknowledged that the service off the food was awful. I wish I had taken pictures like I normally do. But I don't think I'm going back to this place again.
I haven 't been here since before the pandemic. I was excited to be back, but alas. ?The disappointment was palpable.Gone are the scrumptious flavors. I ate because I was hungry. The gravy was sad.The saddest part was that I came for the pie, having missed free pie on Wednesday.I couldn 't eat the peach cobbler. It was canned peaches, no seasons, under store bought cooked crust. ??? It tasted and smelled of vanilla. The staff was very friendly and accommodating... (Is that the correct word?)I don 't enjoy giving negative reviews. My heart is sad because I won 't return. We actually spoke about the cost of coming here before we made the decision to eat here. ?So, $55 later, I am sad I came. It would have been better to have lived with the memory of what it used to be. ?
This recipe needs to be updated and corrected. the pasta was spagetti, the cream sauce was very bland, even with extra seasoning it was just fair, and the chicken was okay until manager went to remake it and then this was tough. I had not been to O'Charley's in good while and now I know why. The childrens mini corn dogs were better than this. The hamburger was just ok and the frozen fries were not that good. For the price, the food was bland. The service was really good.
Good not nearly as good as my local O’Charley’s. They actually served me corn that had the bad kernels removed (cut off). I have never seen this done at a restaurant. The food was not prepared as well as it is locally.I normally have a rule when traveling to not stop at the restaurants that are not as busy as the others in the area. This dining experience supported me sticking to that rule in the future. All-in-all the value was still good, our server was good. Traces of wasted/spilled food on the carpet by the kitchen door, near the restroom. It was there when I entered and still there when I left 1 hour later. We had a sticky dining table, which can be caused by using too much soap and not rinsing ?
It 's safe to say this place needs to just close the doors. The restaurant was nearly empty 7 on a Friday night. I remember loving O 'Charleys. I haven 't been to one in over a decade apparently that 's the last time this one had been cleaned. The table was stickier than the floor at the movie theater. The table top menus actually had ranch dressing fingerprints on them. My friend ordered a Michelob Ultra draft but the spout ain 't doin right so she settled for a Bud Light. The server was a sweet young lady we rarely saw after she took the order. We ordered the Loaded Mac Cheese Bowl a Club Sandwich with a side salad. The cup of dressing for the salad was actually larger than salad. It actually had one HALF of a cucumber slice on it. The mac cheese was definitely loaded... with grease. Luckily, they still have yeast rolls, which were definitely the highlight of the meal. The beer finally showed up after we got the food. It was warmer than the bread. This trip down memory lane was a complete bust. There 's plenty of dining options on that exit. Pick ANY other.
