Feedback gevenI do NOT recommend this location to anyone. I frequent this location but after my experience today, I will no longer be giving my business to this specific location. I will drive an extra 20 minutes to the next one just to avoid it. I don’t usually leave reviews but one is required after what I just experienced.The girl at the window was extremely rude and VERY unprofessional.I wasn’t able to locate their name tag because they basically yelled at me, through my drink in my hand and stormed off. I placed a mobile order just like I do every time. It’s never been an issue before today. The app quoted me 4-7 minutes before it was ready. I arrived a few minutes sooner than quoted and was ambushed at the window for showing up too soon. “For future reference, you need to give us 10-15 minutes notice before you show up to get your drink ready!” Her tone of voice and attitude was uncalled for and BEYOND unacceptable. As someone who, also, works in a fast food coffee establishment myself, I know this from my own experience. I would NEVER treat a customer with the amount of hostility I was presented with. I was VERY displeased with my visit. I tried calling the store multiple times to speak to a manager with no answer so I turned to leaving a review here instead. In conclusion, if you don’t want your whole night to be ruined, I’d steer clear of this restaurant altogether.
This Starbucks location coffee taste water down. I have tried multiple times to see will it taste different but it's always the same. I will not waste anymore money at this location. My typical order is a grande caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. Made upside down.
This location is really Nice and the employees are always Sweet and fast. The drinks are spot on.
I hate mobile ordering here! I was talking to some, and they told me they are older at 12:16 and I order at 11:57. And he got my drink before mine, which is not right!One of my drinks was weak, and the other had so much ice that it was basically the amount of a tall and not medium.
I walked in because the drive thru was super long. Once inside I was greeted with a smile, my order was taken. Then I had a long wait, there were people inside that was walking an unusual long time. There was 1 barista in drive thru, 1 at the register and 3 floating in between. Now the problem comes in when you have them standing around and not helping each other not a good look. Then a bff walks in makes an order after every one who is already waiting and she gets her order with in minutes. Wait what are you serious, they talked to her, hugged and then continued with everyone else at that point is when everyone decided to help clear the orders. Not pleased at all
