Feedback gevenWendy?s employee was wrong for giving this 1 small piece of lettuce to me (a customer). I should have left when I saw how dirty the floor (in the lobby) was; however, their restaurant score was a 96. This Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe wasn?t good; I guess you get what you get, and it?s (thumbs down) not worth a finger lick.
I would give this place a 2 based on how S L O W they are BUT because I know they don?t have nearly enough employees and I appreciate the ones who are willing to work here. Most of the time my order is correct. Even if it takes half an hour to get it.
I walked inside and stood at the counter for approx 5 mins. I was the only one inside needing to make and order. A few other people were waiting on their orders to be filled. No one even acknowledged my existence to say be right with you or anything. I eventually left and went to Chick Fil A who had a long line but serviced me in about 2 mins. I like Wendy's but this particular location has consistently let me down. I'm not sure if the customer service training is lacking or the employees there just aren't personable. I'll skip this location from now on.
Went inside with one of my little ones. Our orders were taken pretty quickly and the food was ready before we even finished making our drinks. Had to make sure we got a Strawberry Frosty for the wife. Good experience during a busy time.
If I could rate this place no stars I absolutely would. Went here for breakfast and repeated to the lady taking our order we wanted sausage and cheese biscuits. We ended up getting bacon sandwiches??? Then we also ordered sausage and GRAVY biscuit. She put the gravy on the biscuit and wrapped it in the paper. So when we opened it, the gravy was EVERYWHERE. Would never eat here again, even if it was last resort.
