Main Moon was an excellent choice for my children and me. The food was tasty, and the service was outstanding. It’s a very family-friendly, family-owned restaurant. We had a wonderful experience, and everything is made fresh. I highly recommend it. We ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was around $30–50.

It reminds me of a few spots in Madison, but this restaurant has a medium-sized indoor seating area. While I was waiting, I saw a couple walk in, and the guy started singing "Main Moon Time." The prices are also much more reasonable than in Madison, which is a big plus. The crab Rangoon was delicious—you get eight for about $9. Main dishes cost around $9.95, and they include fried rice and an egg roll, both of which were incredibly tasty, well-seasoned, hot, and sauced just right. The only downside I noticed while waiting was that the interior could use a bit of cleaning; it looked a little dirty. While the cooking area appeared clean, the pickup area definitely needed vacuuming. Overall, this place is a solid option for takeout.
