No improvement six years later they still have some very rude person working the drive-through who refuses to allow you to pick up your mobile order through the drive-through. She says you must come inside it. It doesn’t matter what reason you have for needing the drive-through and needing to use your app you must come inside and then they put it in a big plastic bag and glue it shut and don’t give you a straw. I’m so done with this place. Just down the road are Popeyes McDonald’s Starbucks, Wendy’s, and Burger King you can use your app and order through the drive-through at all of those. They have good people working up them and they don’t burn your food like this place.
