You order on kiosk and pick up at window and there is drive thru. No improvement six years later they still have some very rude person working the drive-through who refuses to allow you to pick up your mobile order through the drive-through. She says you must come inside it. It doesn’t matter what reason you have for needing the drive-through and needing to use your app you must come inside and then they put it in a big plastic bag and glue it shut and don’t give you a straw. I’m so done with this place. Just down the road are Popeyes McDonald’s Starbucks, Wendy’s, and Burger King you can use your app and order through the drive-through at all of those. They have good people working up them and they don’t burn your food like this place. I suggest you Skip this place until they get their act together and fire that womanget it together and hire a good manager.6 years ago: Manager Dwayne is rude. Please bring back the previous manager. Waitstaff is friendly and attentive. Food quality depends on who is cooking so its hit or miss. Fish plate is very good. Prices are quite reasonable.
Place was dirty and run down. Only person there during lunch says something about it. Tasted like Wendy's kind of.
Another restaurant that feels like workers don't want to be there and they don't want to deal with the people. They get orders wrong and then they make you feel like you said it wrong. You know what you want you know how to order it, but when things go wrong they blame
