I ordered an extra-large pizza with sausage and pepperoni. Unfortunately, they put a lot of sausage on only one half of the pizza, while the other half had just a few crumbs. The pizza was excessively greasy, and the crust was overcooked, giving it a texture similar to toast. I've enjoyed their pizza many times in the past, so this was just one disappointing experience. We ordered on a regular basis before the fire and was always satisfied. Tonight was the first time since the reopening that we had the chance to order. Over 100 dollars and waited 1.5 hours and didn't even receive the whole order. I called back and the boy that answered the phone, in my opinion, really just didn't care at all. I have been in this business for almost 30 years and if my store messed up a big order and acted like they didn't care I would fire all of them. I am super upset with all this considering before the fire jo Lynn's set the bar in the area. Very sad in the decline and will NEVER order again.
