Denali Crow's Nest Log Cabins

Very poor customer service. It seems like the property is run by foreign speaking very young people from Europe who seem to not care about their customers or understand English. I had to call several times just to explain and follow up with them. It's very tiring and frustrating. I don't know how this place stays in business with the way they run this property. The only silver lining is when I speak to the manager. Rooms: 2

The staff was less than enthusiastic. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was dirty and run down. They provided no maid service. The water was either burning hot or Ice cold, they gave us a new room, but it was the same. So forget a nice shower. The rooms were Terribly over priced. If you can climb a steep hill the location is fine. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2

We had a king bed and sofa bed for four of us. The furniture was very old and shabby, the internet was horrible so we couldn’t watch anything on TV, the hot tub was not working and smelled awful with rotting sludge at the bottom, the windows were filthy, there were no shampoo/cond/lotion bottles only one bar of soap), the water tasted awful, and the rooms/cabins are all on a very steep hill. This would all be somewhat acceptable if we weren’t paying a fortune for one night $450/nt). The pictures look a lot better than what it actually was. The positives were the view and location being able to walk down the hill to the shops.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Cabin was vary basic. Very clean and quiet. A little hard to get around. The restaurant service and food was very good, drinks were a little pricey. Not sure if breakfast is available, but the Black Bear down the boardwalk is very good. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet
