Top Notch Sushi! Your Alaskan Thunder roll has so many layers of taste. You can taste every ingredient in it, but it feels light as a feather. My favorite sushi role I've ever had! Will definitely go back!

I love it here. It just doesn't have a great sushi feeling, but I love the food. I get to go more than I eat.

Superb sushi, service and prices. Alaskan Thunder was our favorite role, but all were excellent. Sienna offers amazing service and recommendations. Spent $40 person after the tip that was very reasonable for everything we got. Local ice cream from Arcata was delicious. Jacob, Connor and Jason are first-class sushi cuisine. A certain jewel in Nor Cal.

The Sushi Spot in McKinleyville prepares food comparable to the best places in San Francisco. Sometimes the service is slow, but that's just because their food is so fabulous that they can't keep up with the demand. There is usually a waiting time for sitting/serving.

I used to love this place! We had not been for two years and for my bday I wanted to get food and bring it home. It was not great. I have no idea how to perfectly describe why. All the rolls tasted the same. It was weird. They were boring, dull, no distinguishing flavors. I was soooo bummed out. And it?s pretty pricey. We will not be back. ?. I?m giving three stars because the people are all so nice!
