Buffalo Wild Wings - McKinney

Edit- I reached out to BWW as requested and they made it right on my last order. I was encouraged to try them again and so I did using the points they gave me. Ordered 2 buffalo chicken tots (see image). Nothing really changed and definitely a systemic issue on their part. Rating stays the same because they reimbursed me in points and I do like a few of their other items, although the buffalo chicken tots were our most ordered item. Moving on to Pluckers Totchos which I highly recommend.3rd time ordering the buffalo chicken tots for pickup and they been a disaster. See image attached. Never enough of any ingredients. Feels like I'm just paying 12 bucks for a basket of tots with a little bit of chicken, which is ridiculous.

I 'll paint the picture... Friday night. 10ish PM. Late enough to be running low on options for a sit down meal, and a drink with my wife on a date night.All vacant tables, and there were many (not busy) were dirty. Ours was promptly cleaned by our waitress. Drink order taken, food order shortly after. Server 's general demeanor was hates life and her job (not sure if in that order...?)Waited a little longer than should have the case for just my wife and I with a small order.The new loaded bird dawg was an absolute joke with not half of what it showed on the menu.My breaded chicken tenders, you might ask? Just cooked enough to be white on the inside, but raw. Breading? Burnt and overly crunchy with fries cold.What used to be edible, almost decent food with an okay environment at this location has gone way downhill.Do NOT RECOMMEND.

The fried pickles weren't as good as usual, the food was really greasy. The new wing pizza was soaked in ranch. We had to stop eating after like 3 pieces of pizza and 4 bites of the burger. Then I had to hit the bathroom and had a rough time. Also this place needs some major updating! The bench seats in the booths are falling apart and so is the latch on the stall in the bathroom.. if you need to know why read the paragraph above. Would try another location for sure!

Greeted fast, sat fast , spoken to in the right manner and kindness. The service was excellent. I have 10 people with me for lunch, our server Kent was on top of his game and how it should be when you you come into a a place with kids friends and family. Kudos to Kent , Clark, Superman: Will be back

Came here for lunch. Our waitress was really friendly. The restaurant was clean. The wings weren't the best. The flavor was there in the sauce but the wings were very small.
