Chick-fil-a - McKinney

Food was great but they forgot an order of fries. 4 years ago it would not have been a big deal but with an $81.00 charge it's not as easy to let slide.

There are several reasons that I love almost every Çhic Fil A that I've ever been to. The food is excellent, the service with a smile is excellent and the cleanliness it excellent. The reason I am changing my overall rating to 4 is because the service is lacking at this location. Most Chic Fil A's that I have been to have someone walking around asking if you need anything, refill, sauces or just anything, they did not have that. I had to look through several tables not cleaned off to find a clean table and when I went to throw away my trash, both trash cans were full. The food was still excellent. We went there at 7:30 pm, so not a super busy time of day. This location needs some work to get on par with all of the rest of the Chic Fil A locations.

Always have a nice experience at this Chick-fil-A. They run a pretty good ship here and orders are accurate at the drive thru which is a must!! Will use again and recommend if you are looking for those waffle fries!!Vegetarian options: This place is known for its Chicken sandwiches. They offer some fruits and salads but chicken is the main course.Dietary restrictions: You can get grilled chicken options and remove salt and other items from some menu items.

It was an amazing experience all the employees where so nice and inviting, Addy was the cashier that helped me and she was the sweetest she introduced me to my new favorite drink the frosted strawberry lemonade!!
