Never took this place seriously because of the memes but the food is actually pretty

Been to this location many times, it's what you would expect from an everyday Chili's. Tonight I was overly impressed by my amazing server who, despite having the ONLY full section on an out of the normal busy Monday, was very attentive, hospitable, and in a great mood. Her name was Madi and she blew it out of the water. I found out that the GM Ethan was helping cook in the kitchen tonight as well and it definitely showed, the food was great!

We were just looking for missing items when we came home. when we called, twice....we were told to the manager that he was busy helping customers out site, and we should call back in an hour or so and try again. terrible customer experience....apparently picking customers are second class. chilis is from our restaurant list.
