Gather in Downtown McKinney

Gather is such a lovely and unique venue. It photographs beautifully and is a wonderful space to hold a wedding or event. Jill and Darrell are both kind and professional owners who put care and detail into those hosting in their space. As a local wedding photographer I will look forward to more events here in the future.

It's a great little place for small parties, great banquet hall. My only concern is no Parking outside it's downtown Mckinney.

We had a beautiful wedding at Gather. Daryl and Jill are so sweet and they went above and beyond what I could have asked for. Downtown McKinney is a great space for any event and Gather is right in the middle of it all. Gather has so much character and has beautiful furnishings. They accommodated our rehearsal the day before and were so helpful during it. We had such a great night of our wedding that we asked to extend an extra hour and Daryl and Jill allowed us, no questions or hassle. I highly recommend hosting an event at Gather, everything about ours was perfect.

We had an absolutely amazing rehearsal dinner at Gather in downtown McKinney! The historic building provided the perfect backdrop for our dinner and unique photo opportunities. The staff went above and beyond making sure our event went off without a hitch. At one point, the owner even ran out to get food for two children who were not on the RVSP list. Darrell is amazing, and stayed on sight during the dinner ensuring the bride and groom had our families had a top notch experience. Sound system, lighting, screen for the slide show and bar service were all professionally done. There isn’t one thing we would have changed about the venue and dinner.We opted for passed appetizers and a plated dinner from Knife and Faulk. Knife and Faulk created a custom menu for our Aloha Y’all themed dinner: a huge hit with all guests. Even the Hawaii-born folks thought it was ono! The servers working the passed appetizers kept a nice flow of food, ensuring all guest had a chance to try the great selections (the pineapple chicken char su was the overall favorite).From initial meet to execution of our rehearsal dinner, Gather in McKinney made the complex processes of wedding planning as smooth as possible. Gather presented clear and concise wedding packages for us to choose from and provided quick responses to any questions. The two planning meetings we had prior to the event ensured we stayed on track. We are so glad we chose Gather for our rehearsal dinner and out HIGHLY recommend them to anyone searching for a beautiful, professional venue for any event.You can't go wrong picking Gather for your special event!

Loved this beautiful and quaint venue! Seats about 150 people and loved the location in Downtown McKinney!
