Golden Grain Bakery - McKinney

The bread is amazing! I got the garlic cheese bread. It taste like it was sent from heaven. I kept telling myself to stop eating then I ended up eating the entire loaf in one seating Lol. The ladies at the front are soo sweet and welcoming too! Keep up the good work!!

Cute little place and encouraging potential. I was hoping to find a better and bigger selection of breads (pumpernickel, whole wheat, etc), but had to choose from a very limited selection.

Stopped in this morning (Monday) and bought a loaf of bread and two cupcakes. Served them all at dinner and all 3 were extremely stale. The bread was edible (barely), the cupcakes were not. Very disappointed a specialty bakery shouldn't be selling stale food.

Went for breakfast and we were super disappointed. Burned coffee, dry muffin, and the sandwiches were awful. Cold grey eggs, gross bacon, and they smushed the croissant on purpose. We ended up just throwing everything away.

The spicy chorizo croissant was fresh and filling. It could have been spicier. The blueberry muffin was fresh and tasty, but could have used more blueberries.
