Jack In The Box - McKinney

I dig it. Not my preferred Jack in the Box, but this one's fine. Lobby soda machine wasn't working, but I don't count that against anyone. Those break down time to time and this time I happened to be there. Hopefully that's fixed by now. I don't drive through that intersection very often, but next time I do and I'm hungry, I'll probably stop in.

This place is a complete joke! Do not go here! You will regret it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Been trying to give this place a chance and every time it's a major disappointment! Never again!!!! Literally said **** this and drove off!

Went to this store at 9:15pm on 7/24 and when i tried to go inside, the door wasn't locked. but the door was tied shut using plastic bags. Most Jacks are open until at least midnight inside, and if you are going to close your inside, at least lock the damn door and put a sign that people need to wait in the entirely too slow drive thru.

This particular JITB was way understaffed! I don't know if they just had a lot of people call in sick, or if they were just working a skeleton crew. The cashier was working both the dine in counter and the drive thru window! Not sure how many people were in the kitchen but I don't think it was enough! It was appalling! I gave them two stars because it was obvious that they were working hard to fill orders. Also, the soda fountain was very low on drinks (not sure if that was the result of being short staffed). I would not recommend this JITB until the staffing issues have been resolved.

The food was delivered early and was tasty. Only thing is they forgot my sauce for my popcorn chicken. Received spicy chicken instead of the classic chicken. The driver was friendly. I also did not get the right breakfast meal I order. Instead of sausage, I got extra hash browns. Only one syrup.
