Jersey Mike's Subs - McKinney

They never answer the phone to take your order and the online order does not exist here. Always have to go to El Dorado location.

Went to Jersey mikes last week and they informed that they were out of bread and gave me a card for a free sub. Then I went in to use the card the next day and they told me the card had been used and I was given attitude by the staff member as she informed me the card had already been redeemed. So I was given a redeemed card to use and I went up there using my gas and everything to get a sub and twice in one week I was unable to receive good service. I went a head and purchased my sub but it left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. You gave me a redeemed card and then speak to me as if I was trying to scam you all.

I was looking forward to trying this sub shop. Very disappointed. Got their club sandwich. Bland. Wife got the philly cheesesteak sub. Fresh made but she disliked the white American cheese. We won't be back. Frankly, Subway is better.

3 things: 1. Over charged me for the sandwitch that I did catch and received refund of over charge. 2. They put the wrong sandwich in my bag found that out after I got home. 3. Sandwitch was wrapped very poorly and half of the wrong sandwitch had totally fallen apart in the bottom of my bag. Will never go back to this Jersey Mikes, will go to the one I usuall go to.

I got the big Kahana and man. It was so delicious. I ordered it Giant size so I could have left overs but nope. I ended up finishing it all. I highly recommend. 1 thing though is there fountain drink selection is extremely small but other than that the food was great.
