Long John Silver's In Mck - McKinney

Every friday this location always have a problem with something from 10-11 like tonight there system was down but yall on your phones smh lazy.

I've gone to this particular Long John's a couple of times throughout the years. Usually the food is always decent with no complaints. I won't be returning because the lid for my drink was covered in mold. Mind you, I didn't notice this until AFTER I'd taken a few drinks. When I turned the cup to put it back in the cup holder I noticed what I initially thought was dirt under the lid. Upon closer inspection, it was clear the lid had been wet at some point as the mold was growing in between the plastic where the lid had began to separate. I understand that greasy fish and fries isn't the healthiest, but no need to add a side of mold with it.

I had some hard pieces of fish and chicken I took a picture of it cuz I was trying to let them know because I instacart and Uber eats I bought food and when I tried to call them the phone never did pick up and never did answer. I came back with another my receipts because they didn't answer and yet they did not honor replacing the three things that were messed up I didn't want my whole order back but they didn't turn around and give me the three things that was messed up I will not eat at the one in McKinney off of 380 and 75 which University drive won't do it they're rude

When I start eating it was hot it taste like they re-drop my order cause when I bitting into the chicken the chicken came with me but the skin stay.

The service was horrible. You and the food was too too greasy like it had been sitting for a while I guess new ownership
