Our family has visited this location several times. Tonight, we arrived around 9:30, and I must say the customer service was disappointing. There was only one person in line when we got there, but it quickly grew after. One of the young ladies provided excellent service, but the other had a very negative attitude and displayed a lack of professionalism. I chose not to say anything to avoid embarrassing her, but it's clear that more training is needed.

The young girl working alone seemed overwhelmed and couldn't manage everything. Additionally, the ice cream melted quickly, suggesting that the refrigeration system might not be functioning properly.

I ordered through DoorDash and my delivery got reassigned to three different dashers. When I called to inquire about the situation, they hung up on me. Now, 90 minutes later, I'm still waiting and there's no sign of my ice cream.

I got the mint chocolate chip waffle cone and it was so good! Way more variety than most places!

Very nice and unique experience for the best ice cream my kids have ever had in Texas. My entire family enjoys the different flavors of ice cream. The menu is fantastic, especially the coated biscuits that can be filled with whatever flavors you want look at the one with sprinkles in the photos . Highly recommended!
