Smoothie King - McKinney

I really like Smoothie King, but the customer service here is terrible! The girl at the front completely ignored me while standing in the mobile pick-up line, and then abruptly told me they didn't have my order when I said I was there to pick it up. I showed her my confirmation code and confirmed the address, but she just stared at me. When I asked if they could please make the smoothie since it was already paid for and I had confirmation, she got upset and said something rude. I even called ahead to let them know I would be running late, but when I arrived they hadn't confirmed my order or anything. I would not recommend ordering for pick-up or delivery from this location!

The rep literally told me they could not do curbside (as advertised) on to go orders because you have to pay inside. So unlike other businesses you can 't take a card over the phone or take it inside? Really?? I drove to Allen, which is a better location all the way around.

Fast and friendly service! One of the quickest Smoothie King locations I've gone to, and smoothies have been perfect both times!

I even called to let them know that I would run late, and they told me it would be in the freezer, but not confirm my order or everything. Do not order mobile or pick up from this location!!!

Every time I visit the staff, are so friendly and always helpful with various suggestions...big location and great prices!!!
