Subway - McKinney

I visited the restaurant today at 7 PM and noticed there was only one employee on duty. He handled the busy crowd admirably, showing respect and calmness while serving the many customers in line. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but he was extremely hardworking and an excellent Sandwich Artist.

I had an amazing experience at this Subway! The food station was the cleanest I’ve ever encountered. When I arrived, Braylon was busy cleaning, but he took the time to provide outstanding customer service. He was friendly, paid close attention while preparing my sandwich, and was impressively organized. Overall, it was one of my best visits to Subway, and that’s all thanks to Braylon’s exceptional service. You truly have an outstanding employee!

After a long day at work, I stopped by Subway to grab a Veggie Sub to satisfy my hunger. Dalton, the incredible Subway employee, provided me with outstanding customer service and a wonderfully cheerful attitude. He not only crafted a fantastic sandwich but also made my day much brighter with his kindness. Dalton is a gem and a true asset to the team. We could use more people like him in the world! Also, the Veggie Sub is simply amazing!

The service was outstanding, but I ordered the daily special, which was the grilled chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, it could have been a little warmer after coming out of the toaster, and the soup was more lukewarm than hot. Aside from that, everything was good. I do wish they would consider adding a baby changing table in the bathrooms, though.
