Taco Cabana - McKinney

During my first visit, I ordered a serving of sopapillas. They made a big fuss about charging extra for honey, even though the cups were quite small. It took 15 minutes to receive my order. On my second trip, there were several mistakes: the sauces on all the plates were incorrect, and I didn’t receive honey with my sopapillas, requiring me to ask for it. They also forgot to provide tortillas. Moreover, the bathrooms were filthy and backed up. The overall temperature inside the restaurant was uncomfortable, making it more appealing to eat outside, regardless of the weather.

Just sad 0 stars if I could. Not sure how any one can run a business serving cold hard chicken fajitas,and to top it off forget giving you tortillas in your order would not recommend reached out to corporate no response I am done with taco cabana I refuse to spend hard earned money on low quality food and service please stay away

I went in to get food and I saw the wall across from the cashiers stand . Looks much worse in person . It's disgusting. I told the nice woman about it . She brushed me off lol so I walked out

This TC has really brought it up a notch. The young lady working the drive thru is so sweet and prompt. There is a young man that works here too that is always very polite but he was the only one here like that until recently. Customer service is so hard to find these days and it’s refreshing to have it here. (The orders have also bee correct)!

Customer service was horrible. I haven 't been to this location since March and today I remembered why. The customer service is terrible. My DISABLED husband placed a curbside order and went to pick up the food. He was waiting for over 25 minutes and finally had to go inside to let them know he had been waiting. He asked was anybody working the curbside orders. Instead of apologizing and showing some type of concern the manager said We were busy. We will not be back. 0/10. Would not recommend.
