Carmels Bar & Grill - MCLAREN VALE

A table online booked because of the high season and had assigned a nice table. such a tasty bite for a solo dinner! friendly helpful staff. had the dips starter- huge portion and delicious. barramundi and chips afterwards was also delicious. the waitress came out to ask...if I was ready for the main course so that fish could be freshly cooked. nice touch! batter was light as a spring and fish perfectly cooked. all in a beautiful evening. .

We booked if they were busy, but it was early and so hate. never sure why some places them keep the worst table when they pre-book as this before...ab we moves so all well. there was a spacious restaurant and personal in. pay ready for Saturday evening rush and so no problems in the service. my wife had a simple Mexican pizza, which was served only warm and was pretty dirty. I tried the salmon special, which was served hot and well presented and enjoyed it. only a selection of merlotrot available in a glass and that was not the best vintage taste. strange in a weinberg only a small choice and didn't want to risk a bottle. on the way back to other restaurants that were still quieter, we did not make a bad choice.

We stopped here for lunch and ordered the seafood duo! wow! that was fantastic. recommend this place for a meal. so good that we came back to dinner the next day. amazing service and eating.

We were recommended this restaurant in mclarenvale. family and friends who meet, our eating was exceptional with each person enjoying their food. well presented eating and friendly staff. would recommend this restaurant and good value for money. the best ripening.

We found Carmels by accident and we are so glad we did, great family run business that offers great service and fantastic food, it was was hard to choose what to order, so many great choices. Very generous serves that were fantastically prepared and priced...well. Staff were friendly and welcoming. A rare find, highly recommended
