Robeks Fresh Juices Smoothies - McLean

The atmosphere is wonderful. It was my first visit to this restaurant. The cashier was friendly and welcoming. Bonus points for being a fellow sister! I ordered a smoothie for today and one for tomorrow morning. I deducted one star for the price, but the smoothie is actually really tasty.

The restaurant is in a great, convenient location. The smoothie was fantastic and the Açai bowls were even better.

I really enjoy this place because of its excellent customer service. The smoothies and fruit bowls are also top-notch.

This store is really great. The manager is fantastic as well. He's always been nice and genuinely cares about the store and the clients. The store is clean and there usually isn't much of a wait even when it's busy. I go out of my way to visit this location even though there is a Robeks closer to my home.

I?ve always had an amazing experience. But they advertise that they?re open at 8am, and I?m outside waiting for them to open and it?s 8:20am. Edit: I tried again today (11/1) at 8am, and they are not open. I could not see anyone in the store even preparing it to open. I was originally not going to further comment, but I?m disappointed. I waited outside for 15 minutes. Thank you to the owner for responding to my message. I was not going to follow up, but I am now.
