Huddle House - McMinnville

Best breakfast I could have had. Best service. Very clean and highly recommend!

They've come a long way at the McMinnville, TN location!! The food was perfect!!

If I could rate it zero I would! Ordered online almost an hour and a half before closing, when my husband went to pick it up, they said they didn’t get an order. When they were showed the charge on our card and the receipt from online, he was told someone from DoorDash with the same name ordered the exact same thing. ? He was told to wait and they’d make it. Less then 5 minutes later he was told they couldn’t make anything because the manager left and locked them out of the freezer. He then spoke with a manager and was told after a certain time, the freezers automatically lock and no one can get in. Which to me doesn’t make sense to have them lock while they are still open.. The manager then says they can’t refund that I have to go on the website and cancel the order. No where on the website has this option nor does the confirmation email! So now I’m out almost $50! Would like someone to contact me asap about this! I tried calling but get an answering machine.

I have not eaten at a Huddle House in over 20 years so my opinion is really based on first impressions. The country fried steak was good and the side dishes were good enough, but not worth 15 dollars. But the starter was the kicker I ordered a fried pickle starter which is almost 7 dollars, what I got was 9 fried pickles over a handful of fries. It was comical I cannot believe it was delivered to my table with a straight face. It was like something that happens on the Simpsons. Then they were kind of hard and corn starchy not much real batter to the batter if you will. Maybe just stick to regular entrees, pancakes and coffee here.

Food was terrible and WRONG. service was worse then the food. The manager on duty had no concern for the customers. The only thing eatable was the toast. the manager offered a $7 discount(ended up giving $8 off)Yeah,, won't be going back to that Huttle House.
