It is very difficult to find a place to eat, on a Tuesday at 9pm. Despite the fact that the kitchen was about to close, they welcomed us with a smile. Menu is traditional Spanish tapas with some special twists. The aioli which was served with the asparagus was deliciously creamy and made a perfect trio with the hazelnuts. We also enjoyed the lamb shishs and the coffee iron steak. Highly recommended.
I was visiting McMinnville on a work trip and I went to La Rambla for dinner and it was fantastic. I had the coffee dusted steak, the lamb skewers, the Brussel sprouts, and the pork belly. Everything tasted so great! The flavor combinations with the meat and the sauces was perfect. The Brussel sprouts were crunchy with just a perfect amount of char. I definitely recommend La Rambla if you're in McMinnville. You won't be disappointed.
Best tapas restaurant we've been to! We sat at the bar and the service was amazing, despite them being busy. The food was outstanding!
I enjoyed my experience at La Rambla. The atmosphere and service was very good. It was busy in the restaurant so make reservations ahead of time. The food was pretty good. We had the sauteed mushrooms, fried kalamari, battered green beans with garlic aioli, coffee dusted flat iron steak, and patatas bravas. For me, the kalamari just tasted like the batter it was fried in. I didn't think the patatas bravas was all that special, but my girlfriend liked it a lot. Other than those things, the food was great. I wish it was cheap like actual tapas in Spain, but it's priced similarly to American tapas. Overall, I recommend this restaurant. We plan to come back and try the Paella for my girlfriend's birthday.
