The waiter knew exactly how to make some dishes vegan. So I had the pizza with tomato sauce, garlic and sweet mais and it was really good I also took the vegan forrest fruitcake. the restaurant looks really great and I have a nice environment in the garden
Since in the midday hour, so the menu was limited, but we ordered the veggie pizzas and asked for artichokes instead of mozzarella they had no problem with it and were really very generous with the beats and we wish that we did not order two pizzas, as it was too much to eat! pizzas were beautiful and very full!
Of what we understand is vinum only open to dinner, and during the day is simply fontanella, which has a great view over the island. they had absolutely no vegan diner on the menu, but were ready to veganize their green salat, but the end of 10€, which it was not worth definitiw, as it was only salat, tomato, gurke and paprika. I also had a vegan smoothie that was in order. While the view from here is really nice, I would really not recommend this place to vegan, unless they want to be charged 10€ for a basic salate.
Vinum's next-door sister is the more casual Fontanella Tea Garden, which has some veggie café-type lunch and snack options, such as soup, pizza, sandwiches, ftiras, and pastizzis. It also has quality tea and a lovely variety of nice cakes. If you can, sit up top on the terrace; the view over the island is spectacular.
