Ihop - Meadowville

Place was horrible. Spent $50 on a meal and didn 't get what we ordered. Then the night shift manager, Vanessa, decided it would be a great idea to talk about me to her employees instead of fixing the problem. If you want to starve, waste money, and feel completely disrespected by people who are handling your food then this is the place to go. The disrespect is real at this location. I would have given it zero stars but Google won 't let me. Ihop should really teach there managers how to treat customers.

Waited 30 mins for Togo that said it was ready. To go girl doesn’t not want to do her job and should not work in service. Manager has poor attitude.

The new chicken sandwich is great! And the girl who served us was super cute! Excellent service! But the place smelled a little strange like a wet dog!

Picked up my order. Everything was up to par. Love the containers.
