Wendy's - Meadville

My family and I visited the drive-thru of this restaurant around 5:30pm. There were only three cars in the parking lot and no one in line at the drive-thru. We ordered two meals and a kids meal, but unfortunately, everything we received was ice cold.

To many people clowning around in drive thru, I'm all for having fun at work but not at the customer's time or order. Let's try to work on making the orders faster.

The food was served quickly and was hot. However, the floor in the lobby was sticky, the drink machine appeared to be leaking, the tables were dirty, and the garbage cans were overflowing. I had just started a new job in Meadville and was hoping to come back to this location during my breaks, but after this experience, I don't think I will be returning.

I was intentionally short changed at the drive through window. I was given the loose change portion of my change and I watched the girl take my remaining dollar from the drawer as she turned away and closed it. I hope that they have cameras.

Went thru thru the drive thruIt was like 11:09 pm . If you are going to offer late night food you need to make it edible. The fries were cold and hard the chicken sandwich was the same. The bacon cheeseburger was cold. The chicken nuggets was the only thing edible. I will never stop at night again.
