Feedback gevenUpon entering the restaurant, we noticed a sign on the door informing us that they were understaffed. Despite the few customers present at the time, more people arrived after us. The waitress was friendly and accommodating. We ordered a rack of ribs to share and they were absolutely delicious, the best we've had in a long time. They were juicy, tender, and fell off the bone easily. We hope this restaurant remains in business for a long time to come.
I visited the restaurant today and encountered 2 wait staff and 2 cooks. Surprisingly, the manager was one of the cooks. The bartender seemed to have little to no experience, as it was only their 6th day on the job. Unfortunately, some of the workers didn't show up for their shifts. My suggestion would be to temporarily close the restaurant, let go of the current staff who didn't show up, and hire a new team under the management of the current manager. The establishment should reopen once everyone is properly trained, on the same page, and committed to their work. It's unclear what caused this level of disorganization, but it was truly disappointing. This level of service is unacceptable for a restaurant like Ruby Tuesday to be associated with.
Good food at a great price. The waiter was very nice and attentive. Wasn't too busy, so that's a plus.
Honestly, my expectations were low. I could say they were short occupied and a few young guys were the most important on the ground. But I was blown away how hard the guys cough, polite, professional and got our order right. Fast messed up, drinking stayed full, and food came out as soon as possible and the prices were actually cheaper than most. Absolutely a good experience!
I have gone to RT for over a decade and have (mostly) very satisfied. As a regular, the servers behind the bar (David, Michael and Danielle) know exactly how I prefer the few items I order. This type from above and beyond the service is very appreciated. RT will continue to be my must to get good food and good service.
