I have had fairly positive experiences. Had a couple of real nice ones. They do try to make it right which is why I have learned, place an online in the parking lot then go watch them make it. I watch like a hawk.They have been nice about telling me if something was out I rarely have trouble with them
The girl that was making my subs obviously didn’t know how to make them. I tell her to put extra lettuce on it and she put just very little bit on it. I had to tell her that all throughout making my sub. The coupons wouldn’t work. And the manager couldn’t even change it. So she had to call somebody to get the right price of my coupon. I will never come here no more never again.
I have been working in Walmart for a month as of yesterday and I can say the people are very welcoming and friendly. Great job. Thanks for your kindness.
530 on October 17th a boy named Josh and an older white woman. Walked in wanting a meatball sub for my son who wasn’t with me. She says there is no meatballs. Told her to hold on because I had to call him to see what he wants. She then proceeds to yell “what do you want!!” I asked her if there was a problem… she then yells “I just want to know what you want!” I said “I know what I want but you don’t have it therefore I have to check and see what he wants.” I then stood there and thought to myself, I don’t want someone who is speaking to me like this making my food! Rude customer service!!! I walked out she then proceeds to tell Josh loudly so I can hear “this f—-er doesn’t even know what he wants and the walks back to the back! I tell you, good help is hard to find so I’m guessing subway hires anyone!! I understand you’re older and you’re working with teens but don’t take it out on me or these customers!!
