Wendy's - Mebane

In the morning the breakfast is always cold for 3 days straight. I'm quite sure. It's different for lunch.

Mom wanted Wendy’s for lunch so we went by the drive thru. Ordered some burgers, nuggets and fries-everything made fresh hot. But the star of the show is the orange dreamsicle frosty! Sweet nostalgia! ?

Only interested in making their numbers, place is empty and we gotta pull out of drive through and wait ... Meanwhile 3/4 of the staff is playing around inside.... Smooth

They are so nice... They let me wash my whole entire assets in their bathroom after buying a breakfast meal...?? They even gave me some cleaning products to make sure the bathroom was disinfected and clean before a went on my journey. I will never stop at a rest stop to buy a shower again. I will stop at the nearest Wendy's moving forward. This only cost me $6.00 in breakfast food for this benefit. They even have hot water!! ???????? ??

Terrible, from the cleanliness score of 97, to the horrible attitudes and lack of customer service by the employees. 20 minutes in line(with just one car ahead of me) just for them to forget my items And then another 10 to fix it, without so much as an apology or anything. The girl at the window rolled her eyes and put her phone down to stand up long enough to be the rudest person I’ve probably ever dealt with. NO type of even manners let alone customer service. If you hate your job find another one smh. The manger was very apologetic and very nice. I feel bad for her.
