I just spent my entire lunch break in the drive-thru at this restaurant! It took 12 minutes to place my order, and the woman on the speaker was quite rude. After waiting another 10 minutes, I had to leave without my food because my lunch was over. This experience caused me to miss my entire break, arrive late to work, and I'm still hungry! I tried calling the restaurant multiple times and even went inside, but it was frustrating.

I frequently visit this restaurant because it's close to me, and I love using my coupons for an affordable yet delicious meal. The staff at Enola BK are incredibly friendly, which adds to the enjoyable experience!

They eat here a lot near work. it was a visit. very rude manager, never again. bad management means in the angry coworkers. means eating bad.

Where are all the customers. Dining room was empty. We thought they were closed when we pulled in and asked a man getting in his car if they were open .We had the big king burger, fries and drinks. They were hot and very good . Fries were stuffed full in the holder. The staff was polite but I think there was only 4 employees and they seem to favor the drive thru. So we'll return and have the same thing again most likely.
