For a good while the signage would say Asian Express but the menu cover would say China Tea House. I'm glad the confusion is finally behind us. Anyway, the shredded chicken pan fried noodle I ordered did not disappoint. We also ordered Moo Shu Pork which came with 6 Chinese tortillas, hoisin sauce, and generous amount of proteins. It was very good. Today we somehow struck some luck as the owner gave us a complimentary order of sesame balls. All around we had a great experience today. I reiterate my opinion which I continue to preach to my friends and colleagues: For whatever reason, this remains the only Chinese restaurant in the area where you can order some authentic Cantonese dishes. Ask for the hard-cover menu and order the dishes that have Chinese writing next to them. You should also come during the weekend when they offer dim sum menus. If you simply order from their all English takeout menu, then this establishment would be just another run of the mill, hole in the wall Chinese takeout joint.
My fave Chinese place. Fresher taste than others, they use a good veg mix and, and very good dumplings! I can't eat fried rice anywhere else in this area now, theirs is so good.
Authentic great tasting Hong Kong style Chinese cuisine. Big diverse menu along with great tea options to select from. Portions are large and the staff is always nice helpful. Due to COVID-19 they're not allowing dining in, so it is takeout or delivery only, for now. They do have good cheap lunch options everyday.
Been looking for a good to great Chinese restaurant in the Mechanicsburg area since chef Wongs closed. Many have opened. Few have made me want to go back and try more dishes. This one may need to move to a bigger location because this one is worth going back to and I expect that as time goes on, more and more people will go here, and some will want to dine in, even though, at the present time, they are a takeout only restaurant. For now, that's wonderful and good enough. Also, they have an easy to use website for ordering.
Nice fresh food, lots of vegetables. Spice level was spot on, dumplings just right, rice was perfect. Hot and sour soup was great. They seem to care about what they are doing. One drawback: they are NOT dine-in, takeout only. Otherwise, best Chinese I have had in central PA since Chef Wong's closed. Prices moderate.
