Applebee's Grill Bar Restaurant

Had a great experience while being there. Sometimes there’s a wait but this time I went I went right in and food was great also!

I'm sorry but This Applebee's is a disgrace. I don't know about any other Applebee's. But I do know about the one's in the city and the ones in the city. I have No problems with the service or there food and drinks, but this Applebee's in Middletown, I'm sorry. But it's ghetto. Me and 2 other co-workers came in to have a nice time, just to Sit down drink And unwind, we were greeted by the hostess to have a seat, the bartender. Who apparently is the waiter came over and said. I'm sorry, that's side is close. Me and my co-workers look at each other like OK. Let's sit at the bar. O.M.G the bartender. Who is the waiter come over Once again and said i'm sorry, the bar is closed too, It was only 5:30/6:00 o'clock in the evening. Me and my co-worker look at each other's and got out of there. When leaving the host, look at us and say come again. I was like. What kind of ghetto place is this we're? The bartender is the waiter and the waiter is the bartender And nobody got served... What had me buffled about this situation? There were other people coming in the restaurant. And this waiter served them so now I am thinking this guy did not wanted to serve us.i would not recommend this place. Please have that Bartender/waiter takes some class about diversity maybe that will help him along the way.

Applebees seems to be dealing with a significant shortage of wait staff. The staff that is on seems to be stressed to the max. Half the tables were empty today despite it being mother's day and still we waited 30 minutes for a table because of the shortage. Its unfortunate because in a climate of high competition in food service industry it probably doesnt foretell good things long term. Anyway...food was as expected at an Applebees and our waitress served it all up with a smile. We were grateful for her diligence.

A Very Nice Applebee's. I'm not a huge fan of the chain, but this one really impressed me and made me reconsider going back and visiting others. The food was very good and the prices were fair. The Waitress was outstanding... very happy.

We were seated quickly even though it was pretty busy. Our server was great, she was very nice and attentive. At the end of the meal our kids even got a free toy from the waitress! It made their night. The food was good and the menu has a good selection.
