I was at seven eleven and it took forever for a Spanish family of six to purchase their items. They would put items on counter than walk away oh am not ready to pay. It’s rude to just leave items there and walk away when there’s other people in line behind them.

Omg they are the worst!! A worker there named Meagan informed me that my daughter and I were banned because we called to ask could we bring pizza back that was rock hard and unedited. I wasn't the one who called and Noone was nasty she kept saying she couldn't hear her? So she hung up. Then wouldn't answer the phone! She was on her personal phone entire time waiting on us? And don't ask her to go in back for cigarettes she wont. Meagan says she can't get fired because she is friends or sleeps with owner? Really? I asked why was I out I didn't do a thing? Were my papers oh I'm supposed to call the cops so u can be served? Really? This is unreal she thinks because it's a franchise that corporate can't do anything. Maybe not but im going to make it my personal quest to get ahold of someone to express her work ethic along with 3 customers and them loosing close to 1000.00 a month off 3 people. So if at all please use the 7-11 in Charlotte hall md they are awesome! Or use birdies in Mechanicsville those people are awesome also!! Lo

I use my 7-11 app often. I got my 52 oz. cup refilled at a great price.
