Bojangles - Mechanicsville

I arrived at Bojangles at 12:32 to place my order. There was a long line, but it only took 17 minutes to pay at the window. I ordered 8 pieces of chicken and was asked to pull up to the waiting area. After waiting for 48 minutes and seeing many cars come and go behind me, I decided to go inside and inquire about my order. I was told they had forgotten to add a side item to my order. I ended up waiting until 1:42pm to receive my food. The young lady working there apologized for the delay. I have been a regular customer at this location since it opened and have never experienced such slow service before. I understand that it may be due to understaffing, but it is still disappointing.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor. When I went to the condiment station, there were no napkins or hot sauce available. I informed the staff about this issue twice, but nothing was fixed by the time I left 30 minutes later. This was not the first time I encountered problems at this restaurant, but it will definitely be the last.

Bojangles has the best biscuits and the best chicken in the realm of chain restaurants. While it is possible to find better options at local establishments (as I have experienced), when it comes to quality and availability, Bojangles is the clear frontrunner.

That's the worst bowling I've ever been. I can't believe this is in the short pump range. the monitors are small and they cannot see the overall result of the players. the half of the bowling was dark, the other half had the lighter. at the time we were there, they stopped taking food for 30 minutes, because they could not get up. they said that the restaurant is closed. the lady toilet had wet floor. there were no paper towels and one of the toilet papers almost disappeared and the other in the same holder was already gone. when I asked the guy in the kitchen how I can get a cup of water, he told me to wait on the line. but the line wasn't long, but so slow. I'm glad this bowling isn't in my opposite and I don't think I'll go back there.

Worst Bojangles. We sat in the drive thru forever on 301 in Mechanicsville, VA and no one said anything. We finally said hello!!!! A person came on and said drive thru is closed. We parked and went inside and heard women in the back screaming and cussing. Us and another lady just walked out. We have given this Bojangles a chance at least half a dozen time and each time the drive thru service is horrible and the manners of the employees are just as bad.
