It was a bit frustrating when you pick up on the curb side. I received a text that my car was seen and they knew I arrived, but in the news that I was in the right parking lot. I do, with my toddler back. We'll wait a few minutes and then I'll call the number for the Burbside. First I get a busy tone, then I'll say absolutely separate, the number is not in service. After 10 minutes I get my toddler out of his car seat and put my mask on to get our food. I tried to stay away from the people, even if I was asked how I was done by the very friendly manager who helped us with our food. We've been sick for weeks, so I wanted to be careful... Therefore, the plan is to do the collection/minimisation of potential exposure. The food is very good and really easy to order on the app. Again, the staff was friendly. I hope the problem with picking up board could be solved! My son was too late for his nap because I couldn't get him back to his car seat. That meant we went around the building and then ate in the car... after I said I don't need any utensils... Anyway, overall it was great, but the curbside option does not feel like a real option for people who depend on this type of option.
We used to eat here frequently years ago and the staffing went down hill. It has been at least 2 years but we tried it again and it was fantastic. Very bustling, clean facility, friendly competent staff. Kudos to the new manager. This team knows what they are doing.
Perfect place for a nice breakfast and just a quiet A.M. alone. Staff was very friendly and polite. Food was delicious and prepared quickly.
I would say an above average IHOP experience! Far less waiting compared to other locations on a Sunday morning. As far as the food is concerned, nothing special there just typical IHOP grub.
