Papa Johns Pizza - Mechanicsville

The children (employees) in here are yelling and cussing at each other. 3 different employees have asked me what my name was and have walked away never to be seen again. My order was ready for pickup 30 minutes ago. I realize it 's a busy day, but there 's no excuse for the attitude and negligence here.

Part of our order was not delivered, then we were told that we would have to go to the store and grab it. I pushed back because if I paid extra for delivery, I should not have to go into the store. I was told there was nothing they could do, and then they kept me on hold for almost 15 minutes for a manager to never pick up the line. I’m sure during football season they are busy, but this was ridiculous.

I ordered delivery online and the order came rather fast for a 4th of July weekend. The driver was really nice but didn’t read the delivery instructions and was confused on where to go. When I got my order, everything was there but when I opened the pizza box the pizza was not cut. The cinnamon pull aparts were also not cooked all the way and the wings were burnt. We had to cut our pizza and should not have to do the work papa johns is supposed to. Not very happy.

Absolutely do not go to location! Wish I was able to load a picture of my order. Cheese sticks, only half of it has Cheese. Large pizza same deal, total rip off.

Wasn’t bad. A little bready for New York style pizza.
