Pizza Hut - Mechanicsville

Ordered delivery. The delivery guy just tossed the pizza on my front porch. Looked outside to find it half cold and it was the wrong pizza. Called to have the order corrected and the delivery guy brought the other one back and tosses it on the front porch as well. Said he knocked on the door, but he didn't. My daughter just so happened to be by the door. Called them back and they could do no refund. Too many pizza places with good service in Mechanicsville to deal with that. Will not be doing business with them again.

Placed my order thru the app. It was hot, ready, correct when I picked up. No complaints here!!

Pizza was extremely dry! Absolutely no sauce on it at all! Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp available.

Inconsistent quality. My pizza could be perfect, or a complete mess.

Looks like you have a new chef with no training My wife receipt says, pepperoni mushroom and onion Good luck finding an onion and there are some slices. I have no mushrooms and other spices that have one piece of pepperoni. And apparently they thought extra sauce meant no sauce.
