Ruby Tuesdays - Mechanicsville

Ordered a smash burger which was supposed to have 2 patties. Instead I got some slop on a bun that had only 1 patty and for some reason they quartered it. I've never heard of quartering a beef patty (after they already tried to scam me out of half the meat) and expecting that to look good.

I previously left this review: You all are avoiding the phone calls which are potential take out orders then when I arrive the place is nearly empty so I assume you don’t plan in being in business much longer. I want to update it bc I was met with excellent customer service today and also you all have changed your phone service to accommodate customers with phone orders (I used to only pay in cash so I couldn’t use the online feature to place orders in advance) so thanks for being receptive. The 2 star review was changed to 5.

Food was great, service was not so great. Had to keep chasing down the waitress in the store to get a drink refill and then to get boxes at the end of our meal. Never got checked on even 1 time.

Short staffed under trained took 40 mins to get our bill straight.

I took my mother to an early Mother's Day dinner. Great service from the manager, Ryan.
