Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt

I love the concept and the ice cream, but all times I have been there they don’t have all the flavors, they ran out and sometimes also the place is not too clean. Overall I like going there , just it would be better if they had all the options

I walked in here for my first time. Everyone kept saying how good it was! There was no staff present when I walked into the building. The trash was overflowing. Out of 15 flavors there was only 1 working. That was peanut butter. I'm allergic to peanut butter so I didn't eat anything. My friend ate some. The place was dirty. A Teenager came out to the cash register when we were ready to pay. Then she hid in the back of the place on her phone.

Always closed, even though the open sign is lit up.

We traveled 45 minutes after confirming the store hours, only to find the store closed and no one answering the phone.

Hours on the website said it was open at 3pm. I arrived at 3 pm and saw a worker go in and lock the door. I waited for 15 minutes and left because it still was not open.
