Al Alma Cafe La Strada - Medellín

My fiancé and I were looking for a quick place to sit and have a nice breakfast. We came across Al Alma which was right around the corner from our hotel. We had the most amazing breakfast we’ve had throughout our entire trip in Colombia....As soon as we placed our order, they brought out a bowl of fresh, sliced fruit for each of us. I’m an avid oatmeal for breakfast type of guy and I fell in love with the oatmeal and quinoa cooked in milk, honey, strawberries, papaya, bananas, cinnamon, and sliced almonds was sooooo good. The tortilla de jamón y quesos (ham and several types of cheese omelette) came with big, thick slices of the softest brioche I’ve ever had and some mora jam. My fiancé had the huevos campesinos (farmer eggs) and he really enjoyed it. We both agreed that this is the type of chic breakfast you get in San Francisco or NYC, but for much less cheaper. Total bill for two of us including tip was about Definitely try them out even if you aren’t staying in the area.

Terrific little place for breakfast. The food and coffee are freshly prepared to order, so it's not at fast food speed. We had the Moka italiano, which was some of the best coffee I've ever had. Our food was equally delicious. Service was prompt and...friendly. Wait staff was attentive and professional.

If you decide to walk Sunday at the Poblado avenue, this place is close by and you can have a great breakfeast. The eggs were great, the energy smooth very good and with a different options of coffee, cakes, etc. Price is average of the...region and the decoration of the place quite nice. The waiters give you a good assistance and are always available to provide you an excellent service

My favourite breakfast spot in Medellin! Great decor, nice outdoor area, good wifi, but best of all decent coffee and delicious food. Portion size is big so it's quite good value. Had a really satisfying Eggs Benedict with added spinach. I nicked some of...my friend's ham and cheese tortilla which was equally good. Would absolutely go back!

De visita en el Mall Indiana para desayunar con tranquilidad... bien en general pero un poco desubicándos los meseros ... un poco de demora pero al final Bien Todo... la espsctativa del croussan de almendras lo fue la mejor... los huevos gustosos .... pueden mejorar el sitio... los demás son muy excepcionales no pueden deje decaer los sitios
