Me pareció un sitio innovador, acogedor, la comida muy buena, me gustó la presentación de los platos y el servicio me pareció excelente, la verdad me sentí como en casa, que decir del postre me pareció muy equilibrado en los sabores. La verdad volvería a probar otro de sus platos y como la carta es cambiante eso me llama mucho más la atención. Recomendado

La carta es concisa ,muy bien diseñada. El sabor de los platos es delicioso,pero un poco pequeño...pueden revaluar el tamaño de la comida.

My husband and I went to Barcal on the first night of our honeymoon, and how incredibly lucky we feel to have had the chance to experience this sensational restaurant! Daniel, our server, was attentive, thoughtful, charming, knowledgable, and funny. He truly engaged with us...and went out of his way to explain the ingredients and origins of each unique dish. His flawless service alone would have made this a special meal. On top of that, the gorgeous, romantic setting a quiet garden patio where we could listen to the rain and observe everything happening in the kitchen through huge windows. The decor is understated and sophisticated and sets the perfect tone for the meal. Above all, the food was truly some of the best of our lives. You will deprive yourself of a special experience if you don’t do the tasting menu with drink pairing. It is beyond belief. Each plate is a work of art, so delicious and so well thought out. We couldn’t believe that with 11 dishes, each seemed somehow to be better than the last! It was really awesome to see the concentration and care of the kitchen staff preparing our food. I could see them assembling each dish so precisely, which made me appreciate it even more. I feel like we got a high end tour of Colombia’s culinary bounty a perfect intro for our first night in the country. And SO. TASTY. I cannot emphasize that enough. Thank you so very much Daniel and the rest of the Barcal team for making our night so special and starting our honeymoon off on such a beautiful note. We are very grateful and feel fortunate to have had this experience. Hoping to return again someday

Really a different experience. the food is exotic, but very well prepared and presented, service is superb, the paired drinks very interesting. we loved it!
