Restaurante Ganso y Castor - Medellín

The Google says that it is open until 5. We arrived at 355 and they said they were closed. We drove over 30 minutes to get there. I showed the manager the information on Google and he said he needed an hour to close

The place is so so.... the chairs not too comfortable. We had Mimosas and they were great wirh Pure OJ. The eggs bennedit were ice cold. And we got the wrong salads, but they were delucious.

Ate breakfast here twice. Fun outdoor dining in Manila’s restaurant hot spot. Eggs Benedict done right. Wanted Quiche Loraine on the menu but not available so ordered Quiche Florentine. Regrettably not a great substitute.

Exceptional Service by Sebastian Bedoya, he was very patient with me since I have to be careful about what I eat. I had a tomato soup with bread and salad. I felt the whole thing was exceptionally good and prepared with the best natural Ingredients, it’s hard to find natural unprocessed food even at the best restaurants. I also had a latte with almond milk. He assured me it was natural almond milk with no additives, and my body seems to agree with him as there was no reaction and I react to any slight additive. I’m very grateful for Sebastian’s service and the careful preparation of the food I had. 100% recommended.

Eggs Benedict were outstanding. Chilaquiles were as good as the ones I’ve had in Mexico. Hot chocolate was one of the best I’ve had and not just the typical hot chocolate you get in Colombia.
