Taller de Pasta - Medellín

This is a very small restaurant, there are only four tables, so you should make a reservation before you go. Food was really good; they have no menu, they ask you about the type of pasta you want and then, you just add the salsas,...protein and supplements. Prices are below average.

If you visit Medellin, you have to stop! You have to move in as there are only 3 tables and is open for lunch only! In a converted garage with a hilly aesthetic, magnificent wooden doors, a warm-hearted host and pasta specialists... Cook trained in northern Italy, immaculately clean, in a residential area right in front of the Golden Mile. Do I need more? Oh, yeah, the food. The gnocchi is to die for!!! and the pastas spectacular. He only serves what he produces, so no post-eaters. But you don't need one. Just make the reservation! The owner speaks Spanish English, not sure about other languages.

This must have cost Pasta so before the multinationals have their dirty paws on it. Jordi makes his pasta and sauces right there, 3 feet from where you eat them. And boy, they taste different. The textures and aromas are incredible.... If you go to Medellin and like pasta, don't miss this place. Well done, buddy.
