Woka Lounge - Medellín

Please save yourself now from wasting time, money, and energy and do not come here. The high reviews are a total scam. It’s truly a shame because the place does have potential. It’s got a super unique ambiance and is well-located. However, the experience we had was traumatically bad. The service was horrendous. We went on a very slow Wednesday night and yet somehow it took over twenty minutes to receive cocktail and took minutes just to bring out a beer. The food was disrespectful. I ordered chicken wings but there was literally no meat on them. They basically gave me fried breaded chicken bones. It was also expensive. Finally, after asking us if we wanted to include the tip in the bill, we say no, and they put it on the bill anyways. When we don’t add extra cash for the tip, they chase us to the door and literally force us to pay it anyways. Whoever owns this should consider completely re-staffing and getting new management. How do you even stay in business?

Bar has cool decor but does not make the best of its space. There’s a kitchen in the corner with a menu posted in the corner. Makes the place look tacky. The drinks are cool looking in tiki mugs but are too sweet and I would not recommend it. Place has very dark lighting. This is a beautiful venue that could be a lot better with small improvements.

Nice Bar with good atmosphere but the sushi we ordered was horrible. We complained and weren’t charged and service was very nice. Won’t come back for food, maybe nice for drinks

El sitio está ubicado estratégica mente, a mi parecer que es un lugar espectacular con un ambiente temático que hay conocer, la comida sencillamente sin igual, la atención del personal eficiente y respetuosa, el precio es justo.volvere.

Creo que en Medellín hay pocos lugares como este, en donde la decoración, el ambiente, la música, el licor y la comida hagan una combinación tan agradable como lo logra Woka Lounge.Lo único mal fue la mesera que nos recibió al momento de llegar, era mala clase y miraba mal, por fortuna se desapareció del lugar y el resto de la noche nos atendieron muy bien los otros meseros.Los asientos y mesas generan un descanso agradable, pero para la comida son un poco incómodos, si eliges un plato personal tienes que estar en una postura incomoda para comer, por esto recomiendo una picada.Los precios están al nivel de los demás lugares de la zona.
