Bocelli's - Medford

I usually enjoy ordering takeout from here, but I felt deceived after my most recent experience. The prices listed on the menu linked to the restaurant were significantly lower than what I was actually charged. I ended up paying more than double the amount for some items than what was advertised on the website. I am frustrated that the menu is so misleading and inaccurate. I would not have added certain items to my order if I had known the true prices. The service for takeout was satisfactory.

The new owner took over six months ago and hopefully they will improve. Food, service, and atmosphere all rated a 1 out of 5.

The food was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed with a touch of local charm. Service was great. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience for lunch.
