Bonsai Teriyaki Sushi - Medford

Although it’s not on the menu, make sure to request it! The sushi here is fantastic—I highly recommend the red sea salmon, red sea tuna, and red sea scallops paired with some spicy mayo on the side. Additionally, the tempura udon is a must-try! Everything is bursting with flavor, and the owners and chefs are absolutely lovely. I'm visiting from out of town, and I’m truly impressed!

The sushi here is consistently excellent and incredibly fresh. If you sit near the sushi refrigerator, you have the chance to watch the chefs as they prepare the rolls right in front of you. The portion sizes are also quite generous.

If you decide to get takeout, make sure to ask for silverware. The service is commendable, with friendly staff and tasty food. The portion sizes are generous as well. I will definitely return when I’m in the area. Parking is convenient, but I can see that it might be limited during busier times.

Great food, friendly, inexpensive. The chefs greet you when you go in forever, make me smile. Take out is fast and accurate.

Enjoyed an excellent family meal at Bonsai! Prompt friendly service, a large menu as well. The sushi came out quickly was eaten just as quickly. My Korean spicy stir fry was very, very good great heat, great vegetables tender chicken.
